
Use writing as a tool to take note of our thinking. Rather than repeating, dwelling, or acting upon the thoughts that may arise, write negative beliefs on paper. Counteract each fearful idea with a positive affirmation. Awareness of our thoughts allows us to replace negative beliefs with optimistic notions.
When we have a desire, we must not allow any negativity to enter our minds. We may focus on the idea, but only with complete assurance, trust, excitement, and joy. Counter any doubt, fear, or anxiety with a positive affirmation. Deny negativity the chance to cloud our thinking. Instead, look on the bright side of every circumstance. When we allow only positive beliefs, we achieve all that we want.
